How opt-in works

Our SMS program is customer-initiated. A customer opts in by sending a text message to our support number with a parking question — for example about a permit, guest parking, or a parking notice. By texting us first, the customer consents to receive conversational reply messages related to their inquiry.

Our support number is published on our websites, on parking signage at the communities we manage, and in permit confirmation emails, always presented as a support line customers may text for help.

What we send (and don't send)

Replies are limited to the customer's support conversation: answers to their questions and follow-ups from our team.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages from this number.
Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
